Easy Eggless Pistachio Butter Cookies Recipe- Ami Bhatt

INGREDIENTS

100 gm Butter

½ cup powdered pistachio

1 cup All Purpose Flour

¼ cup powdered Sugar

3-2 tsp chopped Pistachio

METHOD

·         In a bowl beat butter and sugar till it turns into a fluffy and soft texture.

·         Then add the all purpose flour and powdered pistachio to this and mix till it forms into a dough.

·         Divide the dough into small cookie pieces.

·         Sprinkle some chopped pistachios over each cookies.

·         Transfer these cookies onto a baking tray covered with butter paper.

·         Place this tray into a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.

·         Serve fresh. Enjoy!
