Butter ½ cup
powdered Cashews 1cup
All Purpose Flour ¼
cup powdered Sugar 3-2
tsp chopped Cashews |
METHOD |
·
In a bowl beat butter and sugar till it turns into
a fluffy and soft texture. ·
Then add the all purpose flour and powdered Cashews
to this and mix till it forms into a dough. ·
Divide the dough into small cookie pieces. ·
Sprinkle some chopped Cashews over each
cookies. ·
Transfer these cookies onto a baking tray
covered with butter paper. ·
Place this tray into a preheated oven and bake at
200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. ·
Serve fresh. Enjoy! |
