Easy 4-ingredients Mango Kulfi Recipe for Beginners- Ami Bhatt


PREPARATION TIME

SERVING

5-6 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 litre Milk

1 cup Mango Puree

3-4 tbsp Sugar

¼ cup Cream

2-3 tbsp finely long chopped Pistachios and Almonds

METHOD

·         In a pan, boil milk till it reduces to half its quantity.

·         Add Sugar and Cream to it and let it boil for another 5 minutes.

·         Keep aside till it attains room temperature.

·         Add mango puree to it.

·         Then add this to a Kulfi Mould and deep freeze it for 8-10 hours.

·         Serve cold garnishing it with finely long chopped pistachios and almonds.

·         Enjoy!
