For
making Dough: · Take wheat flour, salt and oil in a mixing

minutes. For stuffing: · Heat some oil in a pan on medium flame. Then add
the chopped vegetables along with the Ginger, Black pepper powder and Salt. · Saute for 3-4 minutes. · Keep aside and cool to room temperature. For
making the Momos: · To make the momos, divide the dough into equal
sized balls of the approximate size of a ping pong ball. · Take a ball and roll it into a small circle
with a rolling pin. · Keep 2 teaspoons of the prepared stuffing in
between the circle. · Pleat from the sides and shape it into a momo.
Repeat the same for the remaining dough. · Heat oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot
enough, deep fry the momos in batches until they are golden brown. · Serve them hot with a schezuan dipping sauce. · Enjoy! |
