Roll Cut Mango Kulfi Recipe- Ami Bhatt

INGREDIENTS

1 Mango

2 cups Milk

3 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp chopped mixed Dry Fruits

 

For Garnishing:
Chopped mixed Dry Fruits & some Saffron

METHOD

·         Put the milk to boil in a pan till it reduces to half its original quantity.

·         Add sugar and dry fruits to it and boil it for another 5 minutes till it gets into a custard like consistency.

·         Keep it aside to cool to room temperature.

·         Slice the mango from the top keeping aside the top part for future use. Remove its seed out.

·         Fill the milk custard into the mango and seal the mango again placing the top part on back again.

·         Place the mango upright in a cup and place it gently in the freezer to settle for 8-10 hours.

·         After removing from freezer, gently peel off the mango skin and then roll-cut the mango into your preferred slices.

·         Garnish with cut dry fruits and saffron.

·         Serve Cold. Enjoy!
