Healthy Aam Panna | Raw Mango Cooler Recipe - Ami Bhatt

INGREDIENTS

500g Raw Mango / Kachcha Aam

1.5 cup Jaggery / Gourd

1 Tablespoon Roasted Cumin/Jeera Powder

1/4th Teaspoon Red Chilli/ Laal Mirch Powder

1.5 Teaspoon Rock Salt (Or Regular Salt)

8 cups Water

Ice Cubes (Optional)

Mint Leaves (Optional)


 



METHOD

  • Wash & Peel the Raw Mangoes. Chop them into pieces of cubes and pressure cook it for 5 mins or till 1 whistle until it becomes a pulp.

  • Cool down the pulp to room temperature and then add the rest of the ingredients and spices. Add 2 cups of water to it and then blend the mixture well.

  • Strain the mixture and then add another 4 cups of water.

  • Refrigerate it until desired temperature.

  • Serve chilled in glasses with ice cubes and some mint leaves. 

  • Enjoy!
